Each day, I partner with federal organizations to help them realize value from the Microsoft 365 products that they have invested in. What inspires me is connecting with people and harnessing the power of technology to drive high-performance teams and organizations.

To do this, I lean on prior experience in change management, project management, strategy and operations management, and entrepreneurial success. Received an MBA from Indiana University and hold PMP, SCRUM Master, and Prosci Change Management certifications.

Nonprofit Service

Growth and service through board participation

I’ve spent the last 6 years working with and on the board of Computer CORE, a nonprofit based out of Fairfax County, VA. Since 1999, Computer CORE has prepared underserved adults to realize career aspirations with foundational computer and professional skills.

I started working as a non-voting member in 2015 and currently serve as chair of the board since 2018. I’ve met so many great people, connected with our community, and learned a great deal about general management and the nuances that nonprofit management require. I highly recommend board service if you’re even remotely interested, and you can find a local nonprofit through organizations such as BoardMatch and your local United Way.
